These terms govern use of the Wholehuman Collective campaign pages and donation checkout.

Donations

Donation amounts are selected voluntarily. The currency shown at checkout is determined from the visitor’s location and confirmed before payment. Card payments are processed by an independent payment provider.

Payment information

Full card numbers and card security codes are used only to submit the payment to the payment provider. They are not retained by Wholehuman after the payment request is processed.

Refunds and disputes

Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the payment, applicable law, and the payment provider’s rules. A bank or card issuer may also provide dispute rights.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information, or misuse the campaign content.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the campaign or payment services change. The version published on this page applies when the site is used.
